catching up on older pages

Recently, I organized my "album" pages to get them ready to print. There are so many good offers out right now, I want to take advantage of a couple of them to get some pages printed. But, I found MAJOR gaps in the pages I had done. Here's some of the pages I've been doing to try to fill in some of those gaps...

I'd done a couple single pages from the summer vacation 2008, but I hadn't started doing the double pages for an album. So, here's the "first set" showing the night we left out driving and the morning at the coast. (I just noticed a typo that I'll need to fix!)

In 2007, we had the pleasure of a visit from Yoshi (Takefumi's youngest brother) who was in America on a little business trip. I had already scrapped about half the visit - but the last day or two hadn't been done. So, here's a set showing the general pictures from the aquarium. I'd already done the left side, so needed to do the right side to mostly match.

Another set from the aquarium - this is the very dark area where we could view the alligators. I still need to do at least one more set from the aquarium (the bird room) maybe another.

Last year, I created a double page for each of the boys explaining their names. I thought I'd done Mary's also, but couldn't find it if I did! So, here's her new set!

When organizing my pages, I found that I'd done 3-4 pairs of "first pages" with wedding pictures - but they all seemed to use the same pictures! They wouldn't work for an album. So, I set aside one pair and now I'll work on other pairs to continue telling at least a little of the story. Here's the set I did this past week.

This pair of pages is of Jessica with Tanya and Alex. I bought Jessica's shirt and made the shorts for her.

Finally, we had a great "local trip" last summer to Winton Woods Park and Sharon Woods. I'll be doing several sets of pages, but I had to start with these stunning pictures of the crane we saw while out on the peddle boat.
